Condensed milk cake(Recipe from Easy cooking)
Ingredients:
1. All purpose flour - 1 1/3 cups
2. Sugar - 3/4 cup
3. Unsalted Butter - 2 sticks (1 cup)
4. Sweetened condensed milk - 1 cup
5. Eggs - 2
6. Baking powder - 3/4 tsp
7. Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
8. Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
A pinch of salt
Method:
Preheat oven to 425 F.
1. Beat the sugar and butter till pale and fluffy.
2. Add the condensed milk and mix well.
3.Sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda and add to this mixture. Mix well.
4. Add the eggs and vanilla essence. Combine well again.
5. Pour into a greased bundt pan and bake for about 30 - 35 mins till a toothpick inserted at the center comes out clean.

Grilled corn salad - From food network
- Ingredients:
- 1. Corn- 8 husks and silk removed
- 2. Red bell pepper - 1/2 of a medium sized bell pepper (diced)
- 3. Red onion - 1/2 of an onion (chopped)
- 4. Green onion - 2 tbsp (sliced)
- 5. Cilantro leaves - 3 tbsp (chopped)
- 6. Extra-virgin olive oil - 1/4 cup
- 7. Garlic - 1 tbsp (minced)
- 8. Lime - 1 juiced
- 9.Pepper and Salt to taste
1. Preheat the grill to medium. Arrange the corn on the grill and cook, turning frequently, until the corn is slightly charred, about 12 to 15 minutes.
2. Remove the corn from the grill to a cutting board and let cool. Cut the kernels from the cobs with a sharp knife and transfer to a serving bowl. Add all the remaining ingredients and toss to combine.

Fish curry
Ingredients:
Chocolate Brownies
- 4. Plain chocolate - 11/2 oz
- 5. Walnuts - 2oz (optional)
- 6. Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- 7. Instant coffee granules - 1 tsp
- 8. Warm water - 2 tbsp
- 9. Baking powder - 1 tsp
- 10 . Plain flour - 2 oz
- 11. Cocoa powder - 2oz
To serve:
- Icing sugar, for dusting
1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
2. Prepare the cake tin. Grease an 18cm/7in square cake tin and line with non-stick baking parchment.
3. In a clean bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until pale and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time.
4. Chop the chocolate and put to one side.
5. Chop the walnuts, if using. Gently fold the nuts and chocolate into the butter and egg mixture. Add the vanilla extract.
6. Dissolve the coffee granules in two tablespoons of warm water and add to the mixture. Mix together well.
7. Add the baking powder, then sift in the flour and cocoa powder. Mix well; the mixture will be quite wet.
8. Spoon the brownie batter into the prepared tin and level out the top with a spatula.
9. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes. Allow to cool in the tin for ten minutes, then place on a wire rack to cool.
10. To serve, cut into rectangles and dust with icing sugar.

Cashew Peanut Chicken
1. Marinate the chicken pieces with lime juice, pepper and salt. Set aside for 15 minutes.
